Pine Bark
Pine Bark Mulch is ground pine bark which has a rich reddish medium dark brown color. The particles are up to 1-1/4” in size. There are mostly thin chipped particles in it with some longer skinner pieces also.
Pine Bark tends to last a little longer than hardwood mulches. This product has a very high bark content. It includes lignin which is a natural waxy substance which helps protect it from decomposition. Pine bark keeps its color much better than most other mulches and is a very good soil conditioner.
